Lightsculptures…. As I name them, are Lightsculptures and a lamp in one.
And as such “functional art”. An aesthetic object which can be used, for creating
a certain atmosphere, in addition with existing lightning. They express lightness and
subtility. Each object is unique in shape and colour.
My Lightsculptures have very organic forms. As a basis a special branch is used.
They have pure natural shapes, with a delicate use of material and colour. It is almost
as if they are still able to grow. They can be used in both small and large spaces. The
colours I use create a specific atmosphere.
Shaping the Lightsculptures and chosing the colours, happens in the process of making them.
I know in general what I want to do, but this naturally changes while making them. The
Licghtsculptures can be made in commission. Style and coours can be determined
together. You can chose your own style and colour(s) !
